I think there was a mistake? Why is Chap16 a different Manhwa now?

At first i got so bored of it but i still readed it until chapter 14 and i myself always read everything before judging but this one makes me so bored, shes so weak most of the mangas I've read they're always strong because of a cheat skill or smth and if they're weak they train but she just fight them head on without even thinking twice, now i think shes just a dumb weak mc i think i might drop this.... But ill keep reading it until the end if i dont get so bored of it.
