Killing Stalking. Way more screwed up than this Manhwa but in essence both contain the major theme of stockholm syndrome and abuse. Back when KS was still on-going a lot and I mean A LOT (even including me unfortunately) of people were seeing it as a dark romance yaoi instead of the abuse story it is supposed to be back then. The way you are talking about the red hair guy also reminds me of how people used to talk abt the police dude in ks, even tho the guy was like a 100% right to intervene, think about this story from a realistic pespective...
This manhwa is also a story about abuse, the relationship between mc and black haired guy isn't meant to be seen as healthy. Yet you seem to do that and villainize the red hair guy even tho like... The guy's in the right to be worried for mc, the guy has literally been kidnapped. I have heard he gets worse as the story goes on but rn his motivations make a ton of sense

And I actually loved killing stalking most people confused it with bl which is obviously not,which is why I knew one of'em is gonna die..

In my case I read bl's to escape reality cus almost all of'em has left reality long ago....

Also the reason this counts as BL is cuz the characters have romantic/obsessive feelings for each other and it's not one-sided. It is still a being kidnapped and getting stockholm syndrome abuse story (Hell, it is very heavily inspired by Stephen King's book Misery, a pure psychological horror). I am not comparing it with reality, I am saying his actions make sense realistically within the story and it's just really weird people want him dead for having the human decency of being worried lol.
Also I mean do what you want man idc, if you want to ship them sure idc I ship some toxic shit but like damn villainizing the other guy so hard for it in this particular story sure is a choice

Honey I think u don't read the tags/genre while reading manhwa's and all..... Bl doesn't generally mean there's romance/ love between 2 guys that's the reason tags are invented to make the readers aware of what's gonna happen....
In this case it's still uncertain how they will end up with, and what they feel is not actually love mc may even realise it who knows...
It's may even a weird turn but I still ship them anyways cus both of'em need each other as for now and I want the red hair dead because I don't think thinking realistically as u speak of when I'm reading a bl that's sooooo simple..and human decency is long dead while reading psychological thriller....

And for the last time when somebody says something is realistic within a story, it means that an action of a character makes sense inside that story, this has nothing to with if it would make sense within real life. This is a term generally also used within psychological horror discussion.
