Long story short, A and B are best friends. B is extremely popular. People stalk him all the time. It's A's job to chase the stalkers away. One day, A meets C. A thinks C is stalking B. Somehow C uses B as leverage to threaten A into having sex with him. At first, A didn't feel anything, but mid-way during sex, C confesses his love for A and says he was never stalking B. He was stalking A. A has never been confessed to before and is used to people picking B over him so his heart was touched by C's confession. After that, his mind is drowned with pleasure. In the end they start dating.
It's alright. When I first read, "Ookami Gui," I thought I found the manga I was looking for too. They have a really similar storyline. However, after noticing the main lead was lewder than I remembered, and there was no sex scene; it was clear, "Ookami Gui," was not the manga I'm looking for. Thank you for trying.
Hysong (the recessive Omega) has every right to be upset, angry, and resentful towards Do Jin (the dominant Alpha). However, does he have to interpret almost everything Do Jin does as "using him" or something? And don't get me started in what happens in chapters 19 to 22... Like I seriously do respect you, Hysong. You have been through so much suffering because of your family environment and society, but sometimes you down right unreasonable.
He isn't the most likeable character, and behaves like a right brat at times, but if you look at things from his perspective he must be extremely frustrated at being an omega, and now having to be dependent on Dojin. Him having a tantum on the floor of the doctors office, or the latest raw chapter which shows Dojin present him a bouquet of flowers, with a gift bag that has a little box with baby shoes in it, to which Hye-sung threw on the floor was a bit immature and doesn't solve anything.
Dojin due to his status likely thinks buying things is a means to show love and to also get what you want. As well as buying Hye-sung expensive gifts like Chanel clothes, and Vivienne Westwood orb stud earrings in order to bribe him not to leave him or terminate the pregnancy, he is also looking at more sentimental things like going into a kids clothing store, looking at the "girl" and "boy" outfits, and buying their future child a wee pair of booties. In the real world such a gesture would generally be seen as sweet, but given the context of their relationship, you can see why Hye-sung didn't think that way.
You have a point there. Even though Hysong can be well more than simply a "brat" at times he has been and is going through a lot. If I grew up in an emotionally abusive household, was originally a recessive an Alpha, but became a recessive Omega only recently, then got pregnant (even if it was my own heat's fault); I would be frustrated too. Big time.
You're genuinely the only person in this comment section i've seen who I can give my upmost respect to. The only thing I don't agree with is your claim that Hyesung raped Dojin, but that's okay, because I can still respect your opinion. I think it's so easy to point fingers to flawed characters especially the ukes simply because they're not doing their traditional submissive role and letting themselves get fucked instead of stepping up for themselves. Just like you say, I think the readers should try to be empathetic and see it from Hyesung's point of view or else there wouldn't be so many toxic conversations.
It does appear though that Hye-sung has little control over his behaviour when he is in his heat, and although his actions could be regarded as assault, such as when he gave Dojin a blow job without consent, throughout this Dojin always remained in physical control over Hye-sung, telling him quickly what to do after he sussed out the situation. Whereas what Dojin did in the last instance was rape, and was motivated by the intent of "tyeing Hye-sung down to him" due to Hye-siung apparently being his creative muse.
Its obvious Tendou-senpai is in love with Kadota and Kadota likes Kazuomi, but who does Kazuomi actually have feelings for?
I thought so too... But at the same time, Tendou-senpai was going to say "Kazuomi you know Kadota truly loves you!"
Oh, and does anyone notice how even though Kazuomi's heat should have already ended, when Tendou-senpai, an Alpha, got close to him his heat started again? Again?! Isn't that evidence Tendou-senpai and Kazuomi could be Fated Mates? Seriously consider it. In the Omegaverse when an Omega and Alpha meet who are fated pairs the Omega will go into heat. In the story so far, Kadota has not even once triggered Kazuomi to go into heat and the time that Kazuomi went into heat for the first time back in high school at the baseball club should not count because it still has not been specified if Kadota was the trigger for Kazuomi's first heat. Most likely it was puberty. In short, Tendou-senpai has proven to be a candidate of being Kazuomi's Fated Mate just as or even more than Kadota has.
A lot of people hate this webtoon and love this webtoon at this point. But I think something some of us or maybe even most of us can agree on is that the author is pushing Siwon to end up with Kang Jinha... like seriously... I predict that after Lu Xuan Run fiasco, Siwon later will realize "I don't deserve forgiveness... I was wrong... I'm a horrible peon who doesn't give a shit about how my indecisiveness can hurt the people I care about... All I wanted to say was Jinha... I love you." then Jinha being the lover boy he is, will say "Siwon maybe... we can work this out because I still love you." and then they get their happily ever after, the end.
Is this based on a novel?
nope
