So I finished reading the translated version and as well as the raws, I got real curious what would happen, therefore I decided to look up for the novel spoilers and I.AM.BAWLING. Is there any chance for novel inspired stories to not follow how the original story goes?

But to answer your question, I do know some manga that does not follow the novel, for example Who Made Me A Princess
Also there is that ongoing webtoon novel adaption that doesnt even have an ending (because the author passed away, rip)
