I like that part though because it didn't really settle with me that that bastards moms curse would come true. He doesn't deserve it when she was the one who made his personality twisted. So I rather not her threat become true, even though it almost did. Can I say that his desire(idk if I should call it love) for Bum saved him from that fate? It was a good plot ending but tragic nonetheless
