the “beach” / island chapter you’re referring to was just a special chapter for china’s national day holiday, there was never going to be a continuation of it. there are several special chapters (usually done for holidays or ads) throughout the story which may be why you feel it’s inconsistent when they don’t continue and it moves back to the original storyline.

probably usagi took it like he gained weight or something thats why he's kinda offended but wolf meant it like usagi is craving food cuz of the way he asked the question since usagi bottomed when they started dating. Theyre both dense so they just misunderstood each other.
Wolf is probably thinking usagi is pregnant or whatnot is what i meant to say
