My biggest piece of advice for finding manga with very specific things like that is click on any manga scroll down to the section called "Top tags" above the section "people also like" click any of the tags it doesn't matter cause then you can type into the tag search bar : "piercings" or "tattoos" and easily pick up new manga. If that doesn't make sense I can explain again in more detail but its really useful.
