And the reason why bad guys wasn't suspicious of him until now is probably because they never got to see him in cases, he usually acts in the shadows, unseen by them when they're involved. But he really blew up everything in that school trip, even if they brushed it off as someone else who looks just the same the organization should and would investigate anyway logically
