I read a comment a long time ago that this would happen but here's a dumbass question. If you wanted to get rid of the problem why not just let them leave the country? You had guards all over and blocking the docks you should have just escorted them onto the boat and said don't come back. That way he would have died as an old man or met in some tragic accident. I feel like at that table I would have trembled, cried and talked about how their friend was treating me. That way all of them would have (maybe) helped get him out that moment. What do you means by his cousin? His cousin can see someone's past so I guess he know MC's past even when he was a baby.
The scientists weren't his birth parents so when they died if I'm not mistaken he went to the "parents" family. The sister was taking caring of him with mind control and he also used his powers to turn the "cousin" into an esper, if he was able to see the truth why did he still act like they were family through all these years? Why not report him? The cousin has been able to hide his abilities.
I guess he feel sympathy with MC due to past. Seeing how the cousin doesn't really attach to his mother, I assume the cousin and cousin's mother already in awkward relationship. Also, you can see her strong reaction to MC, that she doesn't want to take care another child which means the cousin's mother may not willingly take care MC's cousin too.
So I read a comment a really long time ago that this was gonna happen. Yul was right not to be treated like that but ( and don't blame me!!!) when the seme was telling Yul that he needed to check his friend he didn't want to believe him then his friend tried to force himself on Yul. The seme was in a weird space cuz of his ex showing up. So they both don't know how to communicate with each other.

Hmm idk the background story doesn't shift my heart to be understanding of your behavior. It made me understand he has a savior complex. Clinging onto the person who saved your life so you see him as your life line and not your brother. So your mental state is f**k up by making this an obsession.
That's not what having a Savior comes is I don't think. I thought it was when a person has an obsession or need to save people. Like they are the Savior. Not someone saving them.

I get it but i think the "king" has a need to save his brother from people. Remember than he killed his/their parents and taehyuk fiancée because he thought it was him doing something good for him. That he alone could be taehyuk knight in shining armor that no one can make him happy except him. He turned it into an obsession and I believe it came from the moment taehyuk was just there for him when they locked up the "king".
If it was something I think he would have kept him in complete isolation and probably execute people for just breathing on him.

But I'm thinking he'd still forbid people to be close to him. So essentially, Taehyuk will have nobody. No personal interactions or relationships with anybody, not even his own sister and certainly not Hyo-Un. Tae would just....be a doll basically. Something that looks pretty that the King won't play with or touch, but just watches.

That's what I'm saying I feel like he has the means to kill off anyone around him even the sister and isolate him but he doesn't. He thinks he's showing love and trying to prove he alone can make him happy.
