Of course the childfree woman is the horrible one and not this poor sweet misunderstood ML who completly disrepected the FL, had the gut to act hurt and jalous and so on. What did the "bad woman" did exactly? Was it supposed to be "emotional manipulation"? Call me cold, but I don't buy it. Everything that happened happened because of him not because of her. He made a choice and should have choked with it. The FL should not have taken him back.
No kidding. The old adage, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" is no less true for being old and shopworn. He was a total moron, and his actions on first meeting her (insulting her and slapping her) would be a deal breaker before there was even a hint of a deal for any person with an ounce of self respect. He should have been left alone to dumb to death, but then she ended up being just as dumb.
If I was in the place of the main character, I would have made sure to make a recording of it. She would have proof that she was the one who got cheated one, that he got the side-woman pregnant, that the said woman cheated on her own boyfriend too and cherry on top a recording of him accusing the executive manager of basically harassing her to push her to quit. Then play the recording at the end of the wedding, when it's too late for them to do anything. Thus get revenge by forcing them to stay married despite everyone knowing the dirty story behind their weddind and, if the story about the harrasment is true, prepare a lawsuit against the manager. This last part would need a little more proofs however.
STILL SPOILER ALERT

So, great news guys. In the lastest raws of the web novel we learn not only that his engagement with Lizzy was broken but the king is sending him into a foreing country with a delegation for diplomacy purposes. And he will stay there for at least two years. He is low-key getting rid of him. Great! Of course, it is risky since he showed no talent in this area. But with luck the over people of the delegation will be able to keep him into check.
1- No, not telling about the child is never the right thing to do except if the futur father is abusive. That's selfish.
2- The ML is not a good man. You don't get to jeopardize someone's job just because you want to get them in bed. That's selfish and coercion both. Also, are we supposed to understand that he only truly felt for her at the wedding? So, he DID propose to get the child, right?
3- It's a question of taste, but the FL is not very relatable. Girl, you are supposed to be a strong and independant woman, even more so because of your past. So how can you let him jeopardize your work so easily and give up your career? The one who try to do that to me after all the blood and tears I poured to get my education and pass those damn law's exams are going to be out of my life so fast thet won't understand what is happening to them.
Is it realistic however? Probably. There is awfull and idiotic people all over the world.
That was a good read. Would have love to see the cousin get some karma however. He might have found her an eyesore but it would not have hurt him to at least remain polite. I was very suprised that the story did not go on the "she was the rightfull heir all along, he wrote a fake will" storyline with the way he was introduced.
