    If you meant beaded dick— A bead that had it surgically placed beneath the skin of a genitalia, foreskin or the shaft. I guess a term for it can either be pearling or body modification. Can be done in both male or female. Hadn't read the story yet but if I guessed your question right, I'm assuming you meant beads in a dick XD I apologize if I was wrong(￣∇￣")

    Unelss the person used anesthesia or numb it, it won't hurt much but it mostly depends on the piercer's recommendation for the client. I also heard it depends on the type of pearl/piercing they plan on adding to the genitalia. Small ones doesn't hurt much after surgery. Deep piercings can cause severe implications though.

    But who am I to imply real beaded dicks logic with BL fictional characters. Big beaded dicks are gorgeous and attractive for semes in BL HEHEHEHE for me at the very least.
