I read this weeks ago and wanted to know the title (because I forgot the title TvT), not to read it again. This is BL actually, a BL manga. And it's a toxic story. From what I remember, there are two omegas, one alpha, and one beta. The alpha red flag and the three are victims of his madness. I think Alpha is jobless and lives on the same roof with Omega 1. Then Alpha went someone else's house and this "someone" is someone he knows already. There is this part that is still clear to me: Omega 1 went to this "someone" house ("someone" is Omega 2) and blablabla, Alpha told Omega 1 to join them or something like that. So, they bang. And a few days later, Beta was called by Alpha and Beta came to Omega 2's house and now they are having a bang altogether. The ending from what I remember is that the two omegas ended up together and Beta and Alpha are the end game. And from what I remember, Beta and Alpha knows each other since they were in middle school or in junior high school. Then the chapters I think are 5 to 7 chapters? The two bottoms also gave birth to their children. I think one pair is "daughter" and the other pair is "son".
