I saw a lot a reviews saying it makes no since that his personality did a full 180. But not only did his life go to hell that lead him to suicide. His mother even gave him a warning in the afterlife. I’d say it’s pretty believable for a personality change after that. Personality changes have happened for smaller reasons before in irl.
I’m so scared for how this series is going to end. Will they be able to get a happy ending? The top’s a murderer with people with grudges against him (which will probably only get worse when the chief of police realizes his new wife wants him back). Then there’s the bottom, who has his top’s ex, and her new husband against him. On top of that there’s the possibility of him getting power hungry and that causing a friction in their relationship.
I genuinely don’t know how this can end with a happy ending, they’re are people coming at them from all sides and it feels like shit will hit the fan at any point.
I just want him to run away and escape to live as a commoner or in so other country. I want him to be able to live a happy life , not hiding that he’s an omega while close to death, or have his mother se him as a pawn. I wish he would just escape in the middle of the night

Something I wanna say it, the alpha did absolutely awful things, and yes, as many others have said, the omega forgave him easily. That may be the case, but whats different to many other stories, is that he knows what he did wrong and is genuinely apologizing, not just saying sorry to make the other happy, but genuinely apologizing. Not only was he tormented by his omega’s running and hiding, but also was and is tormented by the things he did. Although the omega forgave him. He has not yet forgiven himself, and understands he deserves any harsh treatment he’s getting.

I think what they want is 2 seasons of redemption arc for them to be satisfied lol. Even if this manwha was shortened compared to the novel it doesnt look like he forgave him that easily.
When I say forgave him easily, I say that as someone who doesn’t think rapist should ever be forgiven. If I had my way, the omega would’ve found love with someone else and the alpha would’ve become nothing but an empty shell of regrets by the end of the story
Absolutely loved that part. I was hoping it would go on longer, that helicopter bit was the best. I say forgiven easily as someone who believes the alpha never should’ve been forgiven.

(not trying to justify anything) im just comparing it to all the other 2000+ manga/manhwa I read where rape was involved and compared to ALL of them he really didnt forgive him easily.

I get what your saying, you’re very strong for being able to separate reality from fiction in that sense, I find it difficult myself sometimes and that could be part of the reason why I felt it to be easy.
But yeah, you’re right, in the perspective of how they usually are let off, or even excused at times, he wasn’t forgiven easily.
I really love the hiding as well. It was a literal chasing arc, ending with the top begging with tears. It’s one of the most satisfying revenges one can read.

So he loses the baby. He goes out and starts to drink and take more pills. The seme is looking for him untill the uke gets a terrible stomach aches and passes out. He gets taken to the hospital and the Dr is watching his condition while the seme tries to explain he is pregos. He was so excited and named the baby. The seme was already told there wasn't any hope for the baby but he couldn't bring himself to tell the uke. The seme even had family and body guards watch the uke at all times cause he was afraid he would kill himself. He end up having heavy bleeding and the baby dies. The uke didn't want to cry but he was very depressed. There was a scene where he throws baby shoes he bought for the baby into the river his parents died in. The seme thought he was going to kill himself but he said it was his way of letting go. He got pregos again later.
