I have a feeling that some wild misunderstanding happened earlier. ML misunderstood something in MC's behavior and decided that MC betrayed him (or maybe MC's father somehow interfered in their relationship?). But whatever happened there - behaving like a complete asshole... is very ugly.
ML is so freaking frustraiting, I even cried with MC
