Well... at least we now know that he cares about his "little brother", it's just that his "love" is completely broken.
I was just starting to come up with a joke about "do you do anything else besides sex" when a huge chunk of the plot was given to us. Wow, wow, wow. What's going on? Our Kwon was with someone else, belonged to someone else, but secretly loved ML? I sense an Othello-style drama.
