i feel like most of yall read the story just to look at the pictures because the reading comprehension is in hell... the girl felt alienated bc of her own situation with her parents But she draws a parallel between herself and the guys exactly because of the feeling of being left alone and on the sidelines because the village folk is conservative and judgemental in a way... mi-ok is just a teenager and has her way of seeing things from her pov like most teenagers do and im sure she will grow out of it and own to her mistakes... stop hating the girl for the sake of hating her lol
Like how do they expect her to be a worldly person? She grew up in a homogenous and conservative community. Her worldview is very different and limited. She can learn and grow.
A lot of people don't automatically understand things they're unfamiliar with or stuff they were told is inappropriate.
