I agree that it’s weird that no one says anything, even those who had met Nera before, but remember that in the beginning Iris used brown lenses herself? Maybe the author had everyone automatically assume that she used lenses to hide her red eyes or something.

No, remember that she had that book a few chapters ago and commented that there were a lot of surgeries to change appearances, like double eyelid surgery, by someone named Matsumoto or something? There was probably something in there about changing eye color or something, since the guy was most likely a plastic surgeon.

I read a spoiler saying that he knows she isn’t his daughter but can’t do anything to protect Iris so he plays a long. I feel like he just might be stuck in a position where it is like should I help her even though I think that might put her into some real danger or should I like let her do what she is doing because it seems she has a handle on her own things and wants to do it herself. That’s my interpretation of his actions, but I know someone said that he was a wimp or something like that for not doing anything when he knows Iris is his daughter

Very true. It's kind of sad though, when it is like he knows that he is his daughter but the author wants Nera to have the upper hand so she doesn't make him do anything but have him already know.
