I only hope that Woojung wont end with Seohee.

I started with them as a ship because childhood-to-lovers story is the default with stories that started with friend with unrequited love ... but as the story progressed I couldn't really see them as lovers anymore. They don't seem to have a bond and things got even more evident when Sarang and Jinwoo started hanging out. They seem way closer in natural bond that the friends. I think Woojung and Seohee are a better match, they think alike and they have the same traits. If only they could fix some immaturity issues, they would actually be just a perfect match for each other like Jinwoo and Sarang are.
I know Seohee is acting badly but so is Woojung so if he can get better and overcome his shortcomings so can she.

Oh of course. So the girl who has no feeling for Woojung and treats him like shit one day just will open her eyes and be in love with said guy.

I don't hate Woojung, what the fuck is this double standard? Just because I like a character should I pretend not to see the bad things and flaws that they have? Or if I dislike a character can I not see redeeming qualities?
Did you miss the chapter where Woojung is doing the same that Soehee did?

Tell me exactly how is that Woojung treatment of Jinwoo is any different from Seohee?
If he is doing all this shit because he is blindly in love with her, why does she not deserve the same excuse?
Is she the only one using feelings for her to try and control Jinwoo? No. The only difference is that Jinwoo doesn't take the manipulation that Woojung is trying to do while Woojung can't say no to her
Does Soehee disregards Woojung's feelings for her and wants him to do her bid? ( go fetch Jinwoo for her) Yes.
Does Woojung disregards Jinwoo's feelings for him ( at first and then for his brother later) and wants him to do what he wants? Yes.
Tell me what kind of hypocrisy is that that Woojung does the same kind of selfish thing and he gets a pass while the girl is called evil?
This is just because he is the boy in a Yaoi story and she is the girl.
They are both immature not demonic, they are both flawed but not unredeemable. Yes, everybody deserves someone who loves them back but to excuse Woojung while he does the same kind of shit, for the same motive - selfish ( plus the homophobia) is actually your bias, not mine. You just like a character and wish to excuse it from the same flaws you can't excuse in another.
Woojung can only end up with Soehee if she grows up and recognize the shit. Just because you have a bias based on preference, don't go around accusing other of the same. I take the character as the author portrayed in the story. I don't made up things that are not there. If you can say Woojung is not just as selfish as Seohee in forcing their common friend to bend to their wishes, we are reading a different story.
Double standard and hypocrisy is not my deal even if I like a character. Sorry to disappoint you.
The annoying part of people having favorites is that they paint them in rosy colors just to excuse them while leaving other characters with the same color greyed out.

From your other comments its clear af that you really dont like Woojung. You have characteristic way of writting so its realy not so hard to tell which comments are yours.
But the problem here is. That Woojung wont end up with Jinwoo. But you pair him in romantic relationship with girl who has no feelings for him, who treats himike shit and doesnt even care to consider his feelings.
As I said just because this manhwa has like one woman character besides mój doesnt mean that he has to end up with the worst posibility that's out there. Although you see it as some kind of atonement.
I never called girl evil. She is just pathetic example of mysogynic way of portraying women in yaoi. She is not immature,she is nearly mad,delusional and really flatly written.
Where i have written that Woojung isn't selfish? Jeez. He is selfish,he is bitter and rather pathetic character. But I wouldnt wish ANYONE even my worse enemy love relarionship with a person who is so unstable, lost and delusional as Seohee.

Again, I take a character the way the author gives it to me. Woojung seemed the cute ordinary guy at first then he showed to be homophobic and treat his brother horribly. I am not so dense as some readers to assign a character as completely evil -- that is what they do with Woojung's father for instance who I see have the same excuse as Woojung for being stuck in his homophobia.
As I have been saying, there is a clear double standard in Woojung's and the other characters who behave as bad as he does but get the full force of judgment while Woojung gets a pass.
For the sake of argument, if possible, imagine Woojung as someone else, not the cute boy we thought would be the love interest. Picture him for instance like a girlfriend of Soehee, doing her bid, forcing Jinwoo into what he wants. I doubt 'he/she' would be called a bitch too.
I don't know if Seohee will get worse from this point. If she does I may add her points down and believe her to be unredeemable. But at this point I just see a very unfair and biased judgement when they are both behaving the same. Whatever she does, Woojung is right there doubling down. And if I want to believe Woojung is still worth of being liked despite what he does, so excuse me if I extend the same branch to the girl.
You assign a bias to me while you keep doing the biased judgement purely on liking a character more than the other. I started all warm and fuzzy with Woojung. The author wrote him doing horrible stuff, I took noticed that he is not a good person right now. I took notice that he, like Seohee, are not concerned with other people's feelings. They only see how things affect them and they both want to use somebody affection for them as leverage for manipulation. It's a pity that Woojung doesn't stand up to Seohee like Jinwoo does to Woojung. And if Seohee is delusional, lost and unstable and Woojung agrees with her to the point to go there demand that Jinwoo stop loving his brother, how can you really say with a clear face that Woojung doesn't suffer from the same delusion? Everything you say the girl is guilt of so far, Woojung also is. Isn't he the one believing Jinwoo needed his permission to date his brother? Isn't he the one grabbing Jinwoo's by the collar demanding to have his way? It;s quite possible this to be the turning point for Woojung and Seohee goes on and in this case, I say she may be a lost case but read the chapters, read the things you say about Seohee and try to distance yourself from your favoritism of Woojung. They are equally in the same level of delusional, desperation, selfishness and unstable mind. If they weren't, Woojung would be enabling, agreeing and doubling down on her delusion. Right?
So, please, if you go on trashing the girl while excusing Woojung of the same behavior, we really can't agree on this discussion.

Woojung is selfish af. Don't pair him with Jinwoo. He's the same as Seohee. He only cares about HIS feelings and SEOHEE'S feelings. He doesn't give two cents about Jinwoo's feelings. I don't care if you're a Woojung fan but Jinwoo doesn't deserve to end up with such a selfish asshole. I don't care if Woojung seems pathetic or whatever, he's doing the same thing as Seohee and people are forgiving him SIMPLY because he's a male and Seohee's using him. SOrry JInwoo's being used by him as well. I feel no sympathy.

They are both very,very selfish people,with many issues.
But I dont ship them. And i never will.
Because i dont believe someone who Has no feelings for their friend for years,doesnt really care for them and manipulates them would be the best Option for that person. Even if Seohee would have her redemption itd be the best if they wouldnt end together. It would be very unrealistic, but i guess pseudo happy ending with everyone's reunion gonna happen and they are gonna be all bffs. Because their friendship (seohhe,Woojung and Jinwoo) has to be there,because oww they were so cute and loves each other in past,we have to save that. But in reality there wasnt any friendship. Just people who used each other. It really looks like Jinwoo had never any warm and kind feelings toward Seohee. Fe. Seohee didnt really care about Woojung and Woojung always hurt Jinwoo. They stay together for sake of their crushes.
