For the manga daytime shooting star it says its compleated with the 78 chapter on mangago, but on other sites it says it has 86 chapter? Which one is it?
86 is probably the total amount of its chapter, include extra chapter
Sometimes a story will get marked completed if the author is finished writing. That doesn't mean all of the chapters have been translated and uploaded, just that there is not going to be new releases in the country of origin. Also, some readers will count extras as additional chapters, while some people will number them 1.1, 1.2 and so forth.

Looking for shoujo manga similar to daytime shooting stars that either has 8 volumes or more or is currently ongoing. Manga doesn't neccarily have to be an age gap manga, I'd prefer a manga's with characters similar to the ones in this manga.
