I’m a little upset that they couldn’t clean her up or give her a new set of clothes before arriving at the capital. Even makeshift clean clothes would be better, or finding something from the mansion before they burnt it down. The ppl are so focused on the impression of the princess arriving at the capital that they found a fancy carriage and decorated it, yet the main character of the parade still looks like a disheveled beggar. My opinion is just that it’s a bit insensitive to her and her actual needs, as riding a normal carriage already made her uncomfortable and she feels too dirty to have nice things.... also, the boy Sunday and the princess are clearly close friends, so I don’t understand why the brother wouldn’t want to let them stay close together if he’s worried about her adjusting to the castle.
Spoiler rant:
