So this is not exactly what you’re looking for because it’s not about being gay,it’s about being asexual, but it does touch on some things you mention, so it may still be an interesting read for you.

I'm telling you, this one is so far the best representation of depicting depression that I've read.
The MC has social anxiety, panic disorder, and severe depression. Which stemmed from his past relationship.
The ML is the definition of patience and tolerance. Damn if the mc's an ocean, then the ml is his boat.

I cried like waterfalls for this.
To clarify, this is a HEALING story with flashbacks of past trauma. And I swear you won't regret reading it. You'll be left contemplating on life lol

And also... the ML's a bad guy. Not really that bad immoral savage kinda thing. He became bad because the world made him one.
