Hi, im a mangago user that lives on a farm. One if my farm duties is taking care of my family's chickens. So like before, im just gonna inform ya'll on important chicken stuff etc etc... enjoy? :)
Okay so whilst i loved this chapter (because like everyone else here, im a gooner.) I feel like little A couldve helped K a lot more effectively if he did some stuff diffrently.
So first of all, im taking both human anatomy AND chicken anatomy into consideration here, because K doesnt have a cloaca...but a vagina. Usually with eggstill hens the appropriate thing to do is to bathe them twice daily in a tub of hot water. This is like a spa treatment for the chicken, it helps relax their lower muscles to get their eggs out easier. And actually humans can have something pretty similar to being 'eggstill', in a way... When a human is going into labour, the muscles of the vagina automatically and slowly start relaxing and stretching themselves to make way for giving birth. But sometimes the mother can have trouble getting the muscles around her vagina to stretch far enough, thus making it too narrow for the baby to fit through. In cases like these, doctors or nurses usually finger the vagina in a massage type of way to help loossen up the muscles. Taking this into consideration, little A could probably have helped K lay his eggs more efficiently by doing that. Other then that it just kind of bugged me that they didnt take their surroundings into consideration... chickens are very prone to sicknesses, diseases, and such. They can die from the simplest things like being overheated. Doing what little A did in chapter 9 is not only unhygienic, but poses bacterial risk to K's literal genitals. Most chicken diseases kill the chicken from inside out, so imagine how fun that would be if it started with your genitals... anyways thats all for this chapter. Like always, im not trying to call anyone dumb or be that 'ermmmmm actually' type of person. Just trying to educate some of the users here on mangago. :) that's all. See ya'll again in 10 days, peace. (Also if anyone has questions feel free to drop)

Hi. Its me again. A mangago user who lives on a farm, and who's job is to take care of chickens daily. And let me just...tell yall some important stuff when it comes to chicken health.
First of all, with some common sense this shouldve already been obvious but the act of a hen laying eggs is in no way sexually arousing for her. It just feels like taking a real big poop.
With that out of the way... onto the important stuff. Chickens are stubborn. When you can visibly tell that a chicken is sick, that means its usually already too late to save them. They dont really show symptoms of sickness like other animals do. So people with chickens like me have to be really obvservant of how much my chickens are laying eggs, sleeping, eating, drinking, pooping, etc... because even the smallest things like sleeping a lot or sneezing once or twice could be an indicator that the chicken is sick. Now heres the thing: there isnt really any sort of medicine specifically made for chickens(atleast not where im from). You could probably get them vaccinated for some stuff, but thats pretty expensive and will have to be done every 1-2 years(which is pretty frequent..). Usually if my chickens are sick, we use medicine made for pigs and mix it with their water supply. After that we just hope for the best...
Making your own 'shots' or 'medicine' for chickens is very unsafe and potentially dangerous for the chicken. If a hen is eggstill like portrayed in chapter 8, the proper thing to do is to let the chicken rest in a tub of hot water once or twice a day. The hot water will relaxe their muscles and stimulate them to get their eggs out easier.
Anyways congrats if you read to the end, your attention span is awesome. Im not trying to call anybody dumb, or be that 'errrrmmmm actually-' type of guy. Im just trying to educate the people here a little bit. :)
See ya'll in 10 days, peace.

Maybe its because i have chickens myself, my family+me take really good care of them ofc... but seeing 'k' in agony like that over his eggs being taken away really hit me :(( I live on a farm, and one of my little farm-duties is to get the eggs from our chickens each night. Usually youll notice that chickens are pretty protective about eggs, even ones that arent theirs. But when theyre eggbound?? They'll do ANYTHING to protect their eggs. Scream, puff up their feathers, peck at your hands, fly at you...etc... chickens are EXTREMELY SMART so if you wrong them, they'll remember. And they'll distrust you from that moment on. So seeing 'K' getting treated like that broke my heart just a little bit. Poor guy :((

Ill gladly awnser with what i know!! :) so. A roosters job is to fertilize the eggs. Once an egg is laid, a rooster might think 'hey let me cum on that rq' and then it becomes...well....fertilized. Usually the roosters do this when the hen that laid the egg is busy eating, or laying another egg elsewhere. Therefore most hens have no idea which eggs are fertilized, nor do they really care... After all, the roosters just doin' his job, no big deal. When it comes to how hens behave around their eggs, there can be a lot of factors to consider! One of them being how tame your hens are. My hens for example, dont jump at me. They're very tame. They might give me a warning by growling and puffing up their feathers if they're eggbound, but normally theyre pretty chill about it because they know who i am and what my intentions are. Second factor to consider is health. This one is very tricky. Something you should know about chickens is that they dont show symptoms of sickness at all, untill its already too late to save them... theyre very prone to bacteria, and having a clean and proper chicken coop is CRUCIAL. Ive had one chicken who was perfectly fine in the morning, and passed away a slow grueling death in my arms that same day, only 10 hours later(not even kidding, the image of that still lowk haunts me) But anyways, how chickens behave when fetching eggs can also be influenced by their health. Lets say i want to grab an egg from under a completely normal hen. I put my hand underneath her belly, she might coo at me a bit in discomfort. Maybe shake a little to get comfortable again, or stand up to make it easier for me to get the egg. Now, same scenario with an eggbound hen... i put my hand near her belly, and immedietly she puffs up all her feathers and growls to warn me. When i get my hand under her, she might peck at me if shes uncomfortable. Or she might start angrily tensing up her legs around my arm. These two scenarios could be with the exact same hen! It just proves how chickens can act very diffrently according to their health and mood. Theres a lot more important stuff about chicken health you should know, but i dont wanna make this message longer then it already is... so lets get onto another point. :) chickens are some of the most sassy animals ever, suprisingly. Most of them remind me of sassy wine aunts, yk? So... they dont give a SINGLE SHIT about who's eggs their laying on. They could be fertilized, they could not be fertilized, they might not even be the hens own eggs... but eggs are eggs. Its a sort of 'maternal instinct' type of thing. They see an egg, and they want to keep it warm so itll hatch. Its no more complicated then that. Thats why when collecting eggs, a hen might become distressed. Her eggs are being taken away from her, therefore that means they wont hatch. Thats hen logic. Anyways im ending this message off because its already wayyy too long... hope i cleared some stuff up!

Hey man, just wanted to inform you... chickens dont really give too many shits I can tell you from eggsperience(sorry i had to make that pun) there is no way a hen will lay on her eggs long enough to whitness them rot. Eggs take about three months to genuinely start rotting, a hen will VERY likely have moved on already in that period of time. And even if somehow she didnt, and the eggs did rot whilst she was still caring for them, she'd just be put off by the smell and leave the eggs alone... hope i cleared that up for ya. Im not calling you an idiot by the way, im just trying to educate you!
