Turns out he was in love with ML's father and transitioned for him but then was dropped? Anyways, he kept the whole story from mc, ML also didn't tell for the longest time. Now they're trying to date and the brother plays parent, giving out rules for the two of them to date??
Honestly wtf. Like who thought of that and found it a good idea? The brother pisses me off the most: would he have ever come back if he hadn't been dropped by the dad? There's also a picture of him, the dad, ML and his twin, where they look like a happy family. And now he thinks he has the right to interfere with MC's relationship? Even though he never told him anything about what happened??? Nah.
Also, the translation sucks.
