The publishing company it stupid then bc people is obviously gonna make comparisons btw the 2 artstyle.
If they wanted to start raga bc it takes place at this arc where the main story is then they could of did a quick flashback of this arc where xinlu and gable meet and then start raga from there or whatever.
The artist isn’t bad but it’s less detailed in comparison with the main story. I’ll eventually get used to it but it’s hard when I’m reading both passion and raga

i get you but its not like passion and raga are the same thing, if both of them had the same artstyle you might as well just publish raga as passion side stories, which wouldnt be a good thing from the company’s and author’s perspective. the artstyles are different so that people know that this is a different work. take kiss me if you can and kiss me liar for example. they happen in the same universe, they came out at different times so they have different artsyles. people dont confuse them for each other’s side stories. the artyle change is a preference thing. both are easy on the eyes, this one’s more softer imo than passion’s art style but it’s still beautiful. seeing them in 2 different artstyles are interesting

Then don’t read it, tf? The art is still good, and the reason the artist from Passion isn’t doing the sequel is because they’re still focusing on the main story, which hasn’t even finished yet. It’ll take at least a year or two to complete. Not to mention, consider the artist’s mental health, they obviously need a break. Plenty of BL artists take a year off before continuing or starting a new manhwa. Yall high standards for art is so ridiculous as if this artstyle ain't good by itself.

You did not read my comment properly Bc i mentioned that why couldn’t the artist finished passion first and then proceeded to do the side story.
No one is urging the artist or the author to adapt raga.
To me it’s just silly how we as readers are going to look at 2 different art style of xinlu and the other characters.
I’m not going to drop this bc I want to see the novel being adapted and I’ll have to eventually get used to this art style even though they couldn’t wait for passion to be finished or find an artist that drew closer to the main story.

Sorry but that's not how licensing works. They are two different novels. The editors might be different too. And maybe they get aired on different platforms. Also why do you want the artist to be overworked? We already know the state of kr artists and how they become exhausted with the deadlines. Maybe you care more about art. There are many of us novel fans wishing to them see come alive on webtoon. So if you're not satisfied then please don't start on it.
