So everyone except Bada was a player. He was the NPC supposed to warn them. They weren't very good tho and it took many deaths to even get one ending. But Doha talked to the NPC (Bada) and realized he's good at horror games. They had Bada play the game with them. If he grew suspicious, they had to reset his tapes again. However, they played the game so long that some players resorted to being an NPC until Doha, Seongchan & Bada were the only players. Seongchan would trigger a death flag to die & reset the game again. Doha & Bada would always be the last dead coz Doha wanted to guard Bada till the end of the gameplay. Seongchan grew scared Doha would win the game and get out so he stopped Doha's tape & Doha is now an NPC. Bada & Seongchan (pretending to be NPC) became the only players. The rest is history XD

At the beginning, Doha was an NPC
Doha became an npc right after the round where he kills the villager. You remember that one? Seongchan said that he's scared of doha winning the game so he decided to distract doha with the villager while we went to stop doha's tape (This is the beggining scene where bada saw him from the attic).
That's why doha didn't believe bada when he said they're inside of the game, cause seongchan stopped his tape and he lost all his memory..
Ah yes. I remember! So was Doha still an NPC when he did the torture sex with Bada near the beginning? When did Doha stop being an NPC? Thanks!
Yep he was still an npc in the tortue dungeon
