I came across the raws and it seems that the lunch meeting and what happened exactly there all went according to Lingwei's and Muqing's plan. Yes. They planned it all hahahha. Muqing's mom's reaction and Grandpa He and Uncle He's reaction were all expected by the two of them.
Also, as far as I can remember, Ai Qi and Ai Yu are "biological brothers" but there's a scene that Yi Yun saw Ai Yu kissing HIS OWN BROTHER. Like ohmygosh. Incest alert. Though I can't be sure since I can't understand the raws but Ai Yu and Yi Yun had a scene where they were talking about it. So there might be a chance that they aren't really biological brothers or something.

Short and simply, A's brother is in love with him. A doesn't know, but Yi busted him kissing him while he was asleep. Yi didn't judge him, but asked how was he going to handle A with other people and that A wouldn't accept his feelings and what about their parents. The brother was happy Yi at least thought about him a little and appreciated it. He said he would or is over his feelings because he knows it can't happen. I really don't need this element of the plot line.

The author really had an upgrade from food chain and hogu hagyeongsu to love shuttle and hwangyeon text yet for some reason likes to add the stuff that made the first two deplorable into her upgraded stories.
Like did the side couple in love shuttle had to have start with drunk rape? Was the incest really necessary (hell I can’t even remember if the black haired brother is actually related to the mc or not)? Did the author really had to make the brother in hwangyeon text be obsessed with the mc? Like that whole plot didn’t even go anywhere.
Hogu hagyeongsu was on of the first yaoi manwha I read when I was a kid, I was traumatized and disgusted.
