I don't understand how the wolf ml fell in love when the first time they met was literally at a rest room. I'm supposed to believe he fell in love after seeing the fox dude getting it on in a club restroom??? Sir, you have a great job which I'm sure pays you well, how about you buy yourself some standards please?
Why is everyone acting like teenage girls and not mature grown men? Seriously, no one seems to be acting their age. There's the step bro who casually visits just to bully them and teases the glasses guy about his unrequited love. Then there's the glasses guy who is supposed to be the "level-headed one" in the group but proceeds to commit sexual assault after a bit of goading like wtf??? Honestly, no one in this story is written like a normal person. Best of all is the wolf alpha dude. What "elite businessman Team Lead in a successful firm" goes out clubbing on a weeknight!?? Please
Wolves and foxes have been living with humans to breed. There's a rule that they cannot hang ou...

The romance felt rushed and forced. Didn't really like it.
Beautiful art wasted on a poorly written story. Also, male lead had more chemistry with the psycho vampire than the black wolf guy. Speaking of, his "werewolf form" looking like a fur suit was so ridiculous it made me want to weep.
when the next generation bunny comes of age, he's gonna see a vision of them humping on that tree lmao why'd they do it there
These obscure little twisted one-shot manga are like a litmus test for the level of corruption in the mind. Sadly, I think I'm beyond saving at this point.
I really like how the tension and raw terror was built up in this story. A truly creepy and malevolent stalker who will stop at nothing is truly terrifying and I think the setting and plot has a lot of potential. Wish there were more manga like this.
When the dude asked "why do you make that face?" and the other dude thought he meant this face (ಡ ʖ ಡ) I really felt that. My creepy fujoshi behavior leaking into the real world is an ever-present worry
Although this kinda disappointed me with its climax and ending, it did a great job in building a truly unsettling atmosphere that keeps you on edge... at least until the stalker revealed himself and changes the tone abruptly. I wish there were more dark stalking-themed manga out there but besides a few prominent but gory ones, I can't seem to find any more that really delivers on the creepy factor and the slowly building terror.
because it's full of insecurity lmao the poor guy is not ok. Jk i love how cute they are together but give it a year and the ultra clingy powder-keg bf aesthetic gets old real fast. I'll just imagine that blondie gets over it and eventually feels secure in their relationship cuz that's a happier ending that they deserve (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Honestly I had a very low opinion of this manga the first time I read it. It was weird that Yamamoto just went and opened the gates to a rando he just met regardless if he's a country bumpkin or not. But then the more I read the more ridiculous the characters and the story got. But the silly stupid humor actually adds charm to this wacky piece and it just grows on you. Little things like how Yamamoto calls Kobayashi "Anakonbayashi" and Kobayashi never failing to protest that he is not a snake. Or how Kobayashi can tell Yamamoto's temperature by touch, or how yamamoto suns his bumhole to lift his mood. It's so wacky and so out there and yet the characters are so blase about everything. It's stupid humor and I ate it all up.
I honestly don't think I've read many yaoi manga that's quite like this one.
The best part is that the romance between the two actually hits. I loved watching the pure-hearted goober Yamamoto slowly come to terms with his feelings for Kobayashi. When he got so invested in finding a "beauty with long-black hair" for Kobayashi it's hilarious but also heart-rending. He thinks he's doing what's right for the snake man but we all can see that all he's doing is subconsciously trying to bury the feelings he doesn't want to acknowledge. Little did he know, Solid Snake was already out to get his heart (and his ahh).
On their way home from drinking while being carried on Kobayashi's back, the drunk Yamamoto asks Kobayashi if he got the beautiful black-haired girl's phone number. Without missing a beat, Kobayashi replies "no, why would I?" and just like that, a wave of relief washes over him. I just love how the romance was written because these moments are so unexpected in such a wacky ass manga.
Idk why I wrote this essay I really should put this energy to better use...
Look, I'm all for giving tragic characters some major ups and I'm all for sweet, caring male leads but holy hell this was not it. The whole "babying" thing that the seme is doing is kinda cringing me out ngl. Like honestly I feel like any normal person would be mortified if a man picked them up like a toddler and rubbed soothing circles on their back (-_-;) for a moment there I thought he'd start rocking the guy to sleep I just can't with that ish. I get it though, maybe 10 years ago I'd have melted over that but all I feel after seeing that now is pain in my gums.
Idk about this one but it kinda felt like the author changed their mind midway lol like they started out wanting a mean dirty character for the seme but then abruptly kinda switched into an overly-attached caring one which to me wasn't executed very well because the switch was too sudden there wasn't much room given for characters development. It felt like the author kinda rushed in getting to the "good part" (ie the love bomb part).
I kinda liked the premise of this story and I'm a sucker for tragic family stories and "found family" fluff so I hope it gets better.
Don't you just hate it when you're just minding your own business and suddenly you're the leader of the gang?
This author's work and this manga in particular have such a chaotic energy that lifts my mood everytime I read. Their ukes are also typically very cute I really like this mangaka.
