I have been on numerous manga sites, and mangagogo is the easiest to use, plus has one of the broadest amounts of manga. I also believe it updates quicker than most sites.
I don't think I'd ever stop reading yaoi, or even manga/webtoons in general. Reading is such a fun experience. I get to broaden my perspectives, gain some knowledge and entertain myself with variety of stories. I may get busy and not read as much as I do now, but I know I would never stop.
