Also I don't think this disproves my theory that Doha is (was?) in league with the killer. Since there are set character options, it's possible that the game also assigns tasks to specific characters. And that Doha was actually assigned by the game to be an imposter. That's why he's the only one that can kill the killer

So, obviously my thought is that this has to do with the second "end" tape. Could it be possible that both tapes are his, because it's true that an NPC can leave the game? And he was an NPC at some point, left the game, then came back?
But maybe you lose all memory of being an NPC once you escape, so seongchan was the only one that remembered he was an NPC so he hid the tape
