could someone explain to me what happened in this chapter? who is the lady that is sleeping and why do they have to kill ppl?
The sleeping lady is the queen of a country and the mother of Saif... Basically she is the personification of her country. What happens to her also happens to the country and they need to kill people so that they can give her their life force to extend her and the country's life.
