This kid is so alone and scared to be alone that he rather beat his underlings and see him in hospital bed rather than seeing them in their grave. He really treasures them, its clearly visible. Inspite of being shot, being in pain, he wants to save Nanahara first, forgetting all about himself. He is fine being alone rather getting anyone dear to him get hurt because it is better knowing that they are well and alive somewhere rather than having them dead just for showing their loyalty to him. Doumeki and Yashiro yearn for each other so much but at that the same time are scared of what the other may bring to their future selves. It's just my opinion but going through so much pain during sex and doing no strings attached, Yashiro may want to cast aside any feelings he may develop which will ultimately lead to things that will break him completely which up till now he has been able to do so, with Doumeki being so close to this wall, Yashiro may want to push Doumeki aside and is trying hard. He has yet to realize that Doumeki has already taken the place of Kageyama in his heart.
