On one sunny day, a small orange cat declares its wish to wreak havoc on all the humans in the world! Along the way, she meets plenty of allies, from Dunno the Dog, and a small rice cake hamster. Chichi may look far too cute to be cruel, but she hides some dastardly plans underneath that innocent gaze (as in not very dastardly plans).
