Ok hi guys, I have read through the entire CHINESE novel so that you can be spared from this agonizing series. There is ONLY Chinese available.

So the white hair guy spikes her drink and then get a bunch of men to rape her. Then he records the video to force her into playing "games" with him. But she has always been a fighter yknow, she ain't a weak lead. So she tries her ways here and there to try to stop this entire fiasco. But dude's an asshole and he goes further and beyond to threaten her e.g he puts her rape video on public TV(with her face censored) to scare her into obeying him etc.

But along the way he falls in love with her so he tries to be together with her. He forces her to stay with him and makes her divorce her husband. He threatens to kill him and makes her abort her foetus(the father of the child is her husband). Then the white hair dude impregnated her and forced her to marry him.

But the marriage plans were jeopardised and ultimately she was freed. Even though she got pregnant with the white hair guy's child and does not want to give birth to the child, she keeps the child in the end and gets back together with her original husband. Because their belief is that the child is innocent etc bla bla.

The last novel chapter writes that the white hair guy still loves her a lot and he hoped that she didn't abort their child.

So yeah. A story whereby the strong female lead does not ultimately fall in love/give in to the crazy psychotic male lead. But still heart wrenching and agonizing.

++ Point of the story: The love between her and the husband is some real shit. Her husband eventually knows that the white hair guy is trying to destroy their relationship. But nevertheless they still love each other and they trust each other that they will work things out e.g he listens to the female lead and agrees to divorce , but he still believed that they loved each other.

The seme is the heir to a rich business and he does not want to take over because of how his mother and him were abandoned by his father.(I don't really remember, but it's along the lines of this)

Uke wants seme to take over because he was saved by seme's father and does it at all cost aka sex as a form of deal/agreement with seme.

-Her ex boyfriend turns out to be much crazier than he was presented to be in current manga chapters:
her horse (from her previous life) recognised her new identity as the same person and allowed her to take a ride . He was infuriated as he is not aware that her new persona is the same person as her old identity, so he broke off the horse's legs
He turns out to not just be manipulative, but super obsessive even after her previous life's death. He mistaken another family for killing her and therefore destroyed their entire business.
He also tried to poison her new life's voice and kidnap her to rape her as an "revenge act" because he thought that she insulted her old self, who he loves deeply?
-the rich man who is her boss in her new life ends up dating her. She was not willing to date initially due to being emotionally burnt out by ex boyfriend and also suffers from PTSD, but in the fictional story the rich man does a lot for her.
-also its easy for y'all to say that she should just let go of her past life. But she was adopted by her ex boyfriend and practically stayed with him for his whole life. She was also chained and locked up for 1 year, drugged and accumulation of Stockholm syndrome.
-she tries very hard to not be as naive as she was back in her previous life as well. This is why she does not want to date the rich man(her boss) in fear that he would treat her like a personal toy/ only a "mistress" in name.

For anyone who says that Shiwoo is a manwhore, you're not wrong. He is a whore with issues and doesn't mean he likes sex, means that he doesn't deserve better. Doesnt mean he cums and enjoy sex means that IT IS CONSENSUAL. Some men who raped girls have used the excuse that since the victims orgasm, it was consensual. It is not. Body reaction is NOT the same as consent.
I understand that yujin really likes him a lot but it does not mean that he could lay his hands on Shiwoo in such a way.
Furthermore, The thing about toxic relationships are that they are hard to get out of. I have known people who have been committed in toxic relationships and are still unable to get out of it. If you notice in the story, he did not want people to interfere because he wanted to cut it off on his own. It was silly but he wanted to walk away on his own. Yujin being confused like" oh why does Shiwoo look at me like that " and when Hyun told yujin that shiwoo calls for yujin during sex all that and he did not give Shiwoo the chance to fucking talk. If one is confused, clarify away. Yujin clearly was not ok. It would be decent to just ask what is wrong. Dont just walk away because someone might really need help.

Hyun is downright trash. Period. Yes shiwoo did that whole 'I want to make hyun jealous' bullshit. That is a warped sense of love. This does not give one the right to hit their partners or force sex on them.

I hope people empathise more with Shi woo instead of "just what a manwhore what a slut" shit. He uses sex because he enjoys it and he escapes his issues through it. He began to like violence even though he didnt want the violence in the sex. Some women who were raped started to like rape fantasies. It still does not mean the rape was ok. Its not.
Morever, Shiwoo had never confirmed to be officially in a relationship with Yujin. It seems like Shiwoo is playing with his heart, but you should not force someone down or act out expectations if there was no confirmation. I still feel empathise and bad for Yujin because things were going well and he had a lot of hope.

Main characters in the story are fucked up and no one is entirely good. Im still reading because I hope things to be better for yujin and shiwoo.
