As much as I wish there was more, I’m happy with how it ended with a very sweet slice of life kind of feeling. It took Heesuh thirteen years (or since high school anyway) to figure out that what he was experiencing was his heart fluttering for Jinmoo!!
The comments are really all over the place for this comic but I’ve gotta agree that there’s a huge double standard between how top and bottom characters are perceived. The seme in a LOT of comics can literally rape, torture, and confine his bf and they’re still expected to be together at the end. Heesuh being a bratty, spoiled, moody bottom is somehow villainous and irredeemable to some readers. That’s ridiculous!! Especially with the flashback in the special episodes it’s clear as hell that Heesuh always loved Jinmoo and wanted his attention.
Also! It’s not like Jinmoo is an angel. I hated the chapter where Jinmoo rapes Heesuh in the car. It’s like the author had to add in some stereotypically violent top behavior ☹☹☹
Is chapter 52 the last chapter?
I hope everyone reading the nyc flashback understands more about Heesuh’s behavior. He always went to INSANE lengths to put himself next to Jinmoo and just had no idea what to do with his feelings. He was too much of a repressed chaebol to figure out he was gay! It was easier for him somehow to get his dad to finance Jinmoo’s dad’s company than to be like “hey Jinmoo I’ve noticed you and like you too.” He had absolutely no self awareness! He’s not this maniacal villain. He was just soooooo clueless.
I wonder if sides are coming out for this? Even tho there were so many messed up things in this comic I’m oddly sentimental about it

I don’t think this is a misunderstanding exactly… it’s more like a lack of comprehension. it’s just depressing to me that the mc has so much self doubt that he can’t even see when someone is clearly doting on him. Like who on earth has someone driving them to and from school each day and buying them breakfast?? Remembering details of every tiny interaction? A person would only do that out of devotion to you
Not all times, a guy I once had a crush on did that to me for around 4 months and when I confessed he told me he was just being friendly, saw me as a good friend and actually had a gf nowadays I just don't try taking hints anymore, trauma runs hard

I think part of the issue is the mc doesn’t seem to know any gay people and can’t imagine that gay people and their gay feelings/desires/intentions actually exist. (Is this the 1000000th bl written by a straight person? Probably??)

Like everyone else I’m disgusted but not surprised this comic is turning to garbage. Suho is a real piece of shit. He knows Yul has been thru all kinds of trauma and violence. But he fully stopped caring about Yul. Suho is too narcissistic and self absorbed for it to occur to him that his anger is NOT the most important thing in the world. Total human garbage.
Gotta agree with the other comments saying this comic has really jumped the shark. Like what happened to my mature, sensitive, thoughtful story I thought I was reading. It’s like the second they stepped into the brother’s wedding it became a completely different comic.
Remember how sweet and lovely it was when they went to go visit Seo An’s aunt? It was the aunt he always loved so much because they were both outsiders who couldn’t tolerate the abuse and bullshit of the chaebol world. Now suddenly Seo An is acting like a total psycho and trying to control even Woo Won’s personality? They were so compatible before…. Wtf They used to be so good at supporting and understanding each other and now… this has turned into the stereotypical BL with abuse and fucked up power dynamics ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
