Kinda depends on the story, some are just pure smut. I personally like those were they actually add a proper plot and MAYBE theres a bit of smut but it's not the whole point of the story

Get kindle page turner. It won't scroll but you can swipe next

There is a site called batwo . Com where you can just click the screen and it scrolls, idk if that would help much tho

I'm not sure if this is a thing you can do but Samsung had eye tracking for scrolling so you wouldn't even need to touch the screen
