I read the raws and you can clearly tell that the dragon is the one who pushes on for him and wants more and more out of what they have. The uke on the other hand clearly has just a pure form of love and care for him. We don't know till now how they end up like that so it's better to stop assuming the authors intention.

Let me say this differently, no one is forcing you to read this, therefore you can simply ignore it. I completely agree with the character's appearance becoming more feminine, do I like it? No. Am I allowed to have an opinion and say something? Yes, but I'm not going to call the art "ugly" and "disgusting". I disagree with the last part too, if someone is being bullied, and another person decides to speak up about the issue and tells the bullies to leave that person alone, you can't say "well you can just ignore what's happening just like how the bullies can just ignore the person."
