This one was good. Yohan was a tiny bit weird and iffy at times but it was easily overlookable and it overall ended on a pretty healthy note. These extras however, are going to the sequel route where the relationship is just crazy dysfunctional.

Mugyeong brings up perfectly reasonable points that will in the end probably be brushed off by the power of love instead of them having a serious conversation and overcoming these insecurity issues rather than treating it like a cute personality trait.

I'm fairly certain either the author has a thing for obsessive partners and their reluctant acceptors or the editor/producer does. Because there is no reason a person who knows exactly why this is dysfunctional and aknowledges it IN THE MANHWA would go on and do it anyway other than it being a personal thing for them.

Like it's one thing to pass this off as romantic from the get go which is what a lot of manhwas do and a completely different thing to list out the exact reasons why this is bad and then go on and not overcome it in any real way.

Clearly I'm still not over reading form of sympathy and the frustration it brought me.

why is yuri acting like i didnt read 110 chapter of him going absolutely batshit crazy insane over a man crying throwing up and begging him to stay with him and not leave him like you're also pathetic my love !!!!!!! the only people who could ever love you are the man you won by being insane and yohan and yet you keep disrepecting him like that (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I think its time for me to stop reading this cuz I literally cannot take it anymore, i felt like sinking myself into the ground every time “sister in law” was said, this story was fun at first but it just got progressively worse and worse, the author putting heteronormative nonsense on to the main characters is so fucking annoying and is literally one of my biggest icks in bl, it’s honestly so unrealistic and painful to read like i cannot stop cringing every two seconds

Theres studies that prove we dont have a seperate channel for processing fiction and reality and the 'fictive pass' makes us susceptible to real changes in the way we view real things. This is shoujo so its already directed at a YOUNG female audience if we trivialise an inappropriate relationship between a child and an adult whos to say that these young girls wont start to this that this sort of content might warp their view of appropriate boundaries between a child an an older person?? Not to mention this comic romanticises the idea of having young and vulnerable children be attracted to you, are we making being innocent and young even more fetished?? Japan already has a serious issue with publicly sexualising children (both prepubescent and adolescent minors) why are we trying to justify this mangakas content?? This is clearly some weird predatory fantasy and a completely inappropriate relationship just like SO (iykyk). We shouldnt defend this BS

but i really do hope he becomes more developed as a character. to me he's definitely three dimensional, im just hoping he comes to an understanding that his actions are toxic, and that he developes into a more mature person with a better grip on his emotions.

Tbh the design of the main character is what originally drew me in. I liked seeing him and the red haired girl interact. But it soon became clear this webtoon is just some right-winger’s abus3 fantasy. The exaggerated anti-feminist arc alone was enough to raise eyebrows. The author said they’re making a commentary on things present irl in SK like the juvenile laws. However, there hasn’t been any major cases involving settled foreigners bullying native Koreans. In fact, it’s the opposite if anything. Therefore, making an unrealistic scenario about a marginalized REAL group to justify a weird and racist take is loser behavior. This is without even beginning to touch upon the racist caricatures used to illustrate black people or the obvious “white = non-violent + good” and “black = violent + bad” motif coupled with the overarching “white savior” theme surrounding the narrative of the chapter. Lastly, anyone NOT black and defending this; just go to h3ll

This is rape porn for the author to jerk off to. There is no story. Only 10% of this manga is actual plot while the other 90% is just random female characters getting raped.

good start… i got so obsessed with like the first 50 chaps and binged until the reporter journalist girl wtv that wants to be in everyone’s business showed up then it gets rlly confusing bc there’s so much going on, too much dialogue ig?? and too much to read compared to early chaps.. and the tunnel arc is kinda confusing. And why did jiu-ji tae get so crazy all of a sudden like what happened to him? He changed sm idk what happened. Anyways I still love this and my Maria bae

I guess I've been too immersed in this story plot and the characters that I am gonna have to explain it to people at the back who seems to want everything to turn into rainbows and butterflies.

PLEASE TRY TO RECALL ALL THESE PLOT POINTS

1) Yuri is a victim of Parental abuse, neglect and has a very broken family views, he's dependent on kindness and was attracted to his sister
2) Teacher was another victim of issues related to his parents, with his mother being obsessively controlling. In addition to that, he also struggled with his sexuality as a teen kid.
3) Their relationship did not, I REPEAT, DID NOT STARTED in a GOOD WAY. The start of their encounters was a major red flag, and it has never been as smooth sailing even now. Why? Read first two points and 4th point.
4) They were both into one-sided attraction to people they couldn't have, who ended up together. Yuri's sister and teacher's friend. And they were both obsessed.
5) at the start, their frustrations was released through SEXUAL ACTIONS (sex, bjs, drunk sexual acts) and jt was usually never a two-way consent

Now, reading all these is not enough to explain how this story is unfolding like this right now. So please gather a bit more comprehension, majority of people here needs it.

6) TEACHER IS NOT INNOCENT, HE IS NOT "KIND KIND" (not that he's evil) nor WAS HE EVEN AN EXEMPLARY ROLE MODEL TO YURI during the first part of this story. He kissed Yuri without consent, he had sex with Yuri and he had sex with several other men to vent. Also, don't forget that every single time, it was because he had the other guy in his mind. He's irresponsible in a way and also lacks the determination to abstain whenever Yuri does make his advance. This indecisiveness was then proven and shown at the later part.

7) YURI HAS NEVER BEEN MENTALLY STABLE. He is impulsive and selfish, (evidence shown when he 2as rude to his sister's husband infront of his sister whom he claimed he love) He does not think of other people's emotions, more like he lacks the ability to accomodate their feelings or think of their point of view. He's violent and has a vile mouth. I do not understant how yall are coming at him now like he was never like this to begin with. It wasn't severaly shown at first but there was a reason WHY HE WORSENED. I really think you should atleast know this right, since you read the story up till this latest part.

So WHY EXACTLY DID YURI TURNED OUT LIKE THIS? "YANDERE?" "POSSESSIVE?"

He fell inlove with Teacher when teacher was down in the dumps, accompanied him in the hotel and they practically lived together. Although those moments, every second, wasn't shown in it's entirety, it was a long time of Yuri abd Teacher co-existing and depending on one another emotionally. It's not just a period of living together, it was the moment when Yuri finally started accepting his feelings and ACTUALLY STARTING TO CHANGE. However, this change is dependent to teacher.

And teacher on the other hand, IS CONFLICTED AND INDECISIVE. He persisted to refuse or denounce Yuri's advances, concluded it as a whim because Yuri is younger. Which is something I'd say I could kind of understand since I read the first manhwa of author *the story of Yuri's friend and his bf). However, teacher does not self reflect nor does he want to admit to his wrongdoings.

Why? He had already accepted Yuri as a way to satisfy his sexual frustration several times, but yaps about it being wrong because he was his student.


Another tipping point that broke the line that keeps Yuri in check was the argument, followed by the sexual assault and then the abandonment. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND NOW? This obsession or possessiveness wasn't something that appeared OUT OF THE BLUE, It has been foreshadowed several times and is literally the plot of the story. IT HAS BEEN HERE SINCE DAY 1.

A mere reunion would not be enough to solve this pile of misunderstanding, trauma and distrust the couple has. THE VOCAL ACCEPTANCE OF TEACHER IS NOT ENOUGH to fix the bigger issue, and YURI REFUSES TO MATURE AND UNDERSTAND. They are both in the wrong. But all of a sudden, it was all Yuri's fault and the teacher deserves better?? Did he ever apologised to everything he'd done? Nope, why? Because he was drunk. But drunken stupor should not be an excuse to irresponsibility.


PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE STORY. It pains me that people here are so superficial and shallow. Almost like they did not read this at all. Everyone is asking for the good things as if the story was tagged under the genre of fairytale. This story resonates with me on a different level. It's because people seem more real, flawed and tainted. And broken relationships don't get better with just a kiss or a fuck. Calm down and wait for things to get better, or things to finay fall apart.


In conclusion: Comprehension is key.
