But there's a few things I want to rant here(lol)
1. I know the feeling of being used as an intern like Seung. I have done my internship back in 2017 in a 4 star hotel in the f&b department as a waitress and a really few times as cashier. It it the worst experience ever!!! The staff there really dump all work to the interns as they relax at the cashier, playing their phone happily. Because there are only few interns that times which are my friend and I, we got different shift so yeah you have to do most of the job ALONE! Even though the job is not that hard but it's really tiring. If you work in the morning shift, you rarely can sit to take a rest. Starting from 7 a.m until 3 p.m you will be standing all time.
The job that us interns do are cleaning the table, plates, after customers done eating, clearing the buffet line after breakfast or any event that use buffet line. After breakfast time end, the male staff disappear magically. Leaving only 1 cashier, another staff and usually the intern which is me.... Usually after that we have to wipe the plate, bowl, cutleries, glasses and so on. But imaging you have to that shit for 4 months mostly by yourself!!!! 1 big trolley of chinaware (consists of nearly 500 chinaware? Or probably more...), 3 basket of cutleries, and 5 tray of cup,glass... I'm so tired of doing this everyday. Even in my report book I wrote the same thing that I did everyday!!!
The manager is really nice. But turn blind eye on what the staffs do. The supervisor is the worst! I hate her the most. Everything I do she will yell at me saying this and that shit. I can't even take a rest for 5 minutes for fuck sake and she immediately ask me why I take a rest after wiping tons of things while she sat at the cashier doing nothing!!! The operational manager know that the staff are taking advantages on the interns but they turn blind eyes! There is one thing happened that day where the money is missing as it is not the same amount on the recipe(the cashier have to close account every time their shift end and send the money to the front office) the cashier have to pay for any loss money as the cash is their responsibility. They check the CCTV and know who stole the cash but turn blind eyes and did not do anything as they don't want to fire worker(they have shortage of workers)
If anyone want to do internship at a hotel, I advice you to not do it! You will suffer! The money you got are not worth it! It basically 3 times lower than the staffs While you did the job more than the staffs!!
2. I don't really like korean citizens actually. Some of them are reallllly racist!! And you have to listen to your higher up or someone older than you. If you didn't do it, it will be considered as disrespectful! Basically the higher/older treat the lower/younger like slave(but not everyone like that). Don't make me start when they think the idol is their god or something. The idol cannot get married, have kids blah blah blah. If the idol did that.... Bye2 I will do a protest in front of your company so that you need to left the group or the company blah blah blah... What a dumb hypocrite bitch!
3.If you got into a well known university which is hard to pass and even get to graduate means that your effort and intellect are really good! That's why most company will hire graduates like this. They need the capabilities to do the job other than effort and intellect. So you don't have to be bitter and jealous on why they choose someone better than you!
That's the end of the rant.....

I'm sorry but I hate smoker so much! It's such a turn off for me. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ The smell of smoke make me nauseous and I have to endure it for more than 10 years as my dad is a heavy smoker before. He quit! Thank goodness! (≧∀≦). I really despise people who lack common sense and smoke at a restaurant or something! Like I'm trying to eat my food no your damn smoke! If you want to die, die by yourself! Don't drag me into it! There's even babies and kids eat at the restaurant. Selfish people!
Same here, irl I dislike smokers but for me it's a comic and I can't smell it so I don't really care. My dad is a smoker and has told me that back then smoking was considered cool and that's how young him started. I just sorta think it's a similar thing with ml. In many environments, smoking and drinking is a form of interaction in the work place. Which has alot of impactions for females but yeah i get you
