I am sad that it's over. The pacing was okay but they developed the relationships too fast. Jesse and Andy had potential for 1 more season but I guess this was a good ending for them. (though I disapprove of them trying to marry this early) But Joel and Chase's relationship was extremely rushed. Chase is a manipulative little shit and Joel is a dense motherfucker. Seriously, does he sacrifice portions of his brains to the God of Swolitude every time he works out? He should have noticed Chase's obvious seduction halfway through the story and end up together near the end. And about Joel and Jesse, I could have understood him being a shitty father if he raised Jesse. But he got Jesse when he was atleast 27, that's old enough to get his shit together atleast by now. And can you guys stop calling it pedo? My first through when I read pedo when the characters are in their 20s and 30s was grooming. I barely managed to continue reading.
All things aside, it's a pretty good read especially in the comedic aspect. I would rate it a 6 or 7 out of 10 in general. Could have taken more time developing the 2nd couple and progressed the 1st couple further. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
