I can't stress how much I despise Riette. Not only does she abuse Noah, she also (sexually) harrasses Yoojin over and over again. I get that the S-classes are a bit unhinged in the head but at least they are self aware. But Riette's actions are played off as quirky girl and comedic relief most of the time, even when the officer guy tries to treat it seriously and gets ignored. If the genres were a bit different, I wouldn't be surprised if she 'got her way' and it was still a disgusting joke.
Which emotion (?) is gonna overflow? I can't tell what the teacher's intentions are? I think the last panel signifies that he is at his tipping point for something, but I am confused about whether it's the usual jealousy trope (platonic or romantic) or about having to hide his true self (especially if she is the only person who he can be himself around)
I am so damn happy that he was the supportive type with the misunderstanding. Plus, the excellent advice to resolve things with love boi first! And in general, I love how this whole conversation went. From Iruma deciding that asking her loved ones was extremely important to Sabro supporting her choice while still warning her about the risks. Tho, I have a feeling that their Dad will worry a lot.
This is so refreshing compared to the usual violently nosy and embarassing 'overprotective father/brother' trope in romance. I am not a fan of 'guarding her like she's some sort of treasure item' or 'borderline infantilising a grown adult' thing in some stories. Ameri's dad is comic relief in the IruAme (?) ship but even he doesn't go too overboard. He doesn't unnecessarily threaten Iruma or disrespect Ameri's choices (despite being 99.9% sure that Iruma is a human) He genuinely seems like just a single and proud Dad who's genuinely struggling with how his child became an adult in the blink of an eye.
I still love this MC so much. They are so badass, but they are definitely too cruel and evil. Ch 17 is gonna stay in my head for a long long time. But I still like it. Though, I think my opinion would be different if the Holy knight was the protagonist and the author didn't make most relevant enemies bad people.
Definitely going in my top 10 for Evil/Villain MCs. Still way below End and Save.
I am so glad he intervened! I was getting so pissed off on Mia's behalf.
