I left this to marinate a couple years ago, but now that it’s finished I want to reread, but I don’t want an open/sad ending ╥﹏╥ Someone commented that they likely do end up together since the author posted art of them like that, so I just need to convince myself that that art is the real ending of the story.

It oddly reminds me of one of the isekaid villain guys in I reincarnated as a slime. The psychopath guy that is always smiling and have his eyes happy-closed untill he open them to say some sadistic thing. I'm not sure tho

Hi, I’m looking for a manga that I read quite a while ago. I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me it’s name, or left a link :)
I’m pretty sure it was a shonen ai, but could be yaoi, the main character was a high schooler(?) guy who I think had a crush on his close friend.
We/I/the Mc doesn’t know if he likes him back, but there are a lot of moments where the close/best friend does something romantic/misunderstandable and gets the Mc’s hopes up and make his heart skip a beat, but then turns it into a misunderstanding.
I think there was a school festival scene where the best friend and Mc were lifted up and they had to take each other’s head bands.
I dropped it because I felt bad for the Mc, but now I’m wondering if they ever got together.

I think most of us agree that both are trash but with a gun to my head I would choose Jingi. I feel like Myeonggi and Jingi have more interesting conversations whereas I feel like Meonggi does most of the talking when he's with Heonjae and Heonjae is just obsessed with him. To me Jingi is the smarter brother and has more chemistry with Myeonggi.
