Reached chpater 78. Don't make the same mistake as me. It's not the worst thing ever, but the pacing, story, art, development... It's just all over the place and frankly, not good. It just doesn't get good at any point. (Like, spoiler: miss girl just takes her eye out in chapter 77 or smth. Just one panel of her with her eye out. No pain, nothing, no good art for it... Just eye out. Even the reactions are incredibly underwhelming. And in some panels after that they totally forget that she lost an eye and draw her with both instead of with her eyepatch )
I'm a masochist so I tried to get to the last updated chapter, but even I couldn't, so don't waste time like I did.
Regarding the translation being wonky and the pronouns being confusing + the third person talk randomly appearing at times:
its because all the websites that ask you go read more on their site, use machine translations (90% of the times) to translate stuff fast, and of course it comes out very wonky and makes no sense sometimes (and uses wrong pronouns).
What's funny about them, is that if you go to their websites, newer chapters are locked behing paywalls. Like, not only the translations are very confusing and made by Machines, they also are trying to make you pay for them... Illegally distributing and translating badly a comic.
At least sites like the old snow machine translations used to publish them for free.
These ones are just so weird for wanting to make you pay for translations that aren't even that good

this website is getting filled by this kind of """"translation groups"""" too, like lunatoons etc. and noticing that they all make the same mistakes with pronouns, confusing translations, all have the paywalls, etc. is just funny to me. Especially with their websites being so similar and them translating the same stuff too.
