the plot is good but the characteristic were not that good bc i really dont understand why the mc cannot stand the smell of any food plus when she ate exotic food.. she should ignore where it come cause u know she will vomit after that..

nonsense.. a lot of it.. if sanitise ur hand is not known than why operate can advance that much.. plus if someone were ill the answer is not always an operate maybe bc i only read it until ch3 n skip it a bit.. the prince were stupid n a snob.. ch1.. the chaebol doctor son, i feel he is not that bad to make the mc run like he gonna kill her. he has reasoning n yeah i know that he is a bitselfish kind of snob but he even fall in love wif her even she is an orphanage. I feel like he isnt that bad.. he just want to talk until he get it but oh well she just run n fell in the river obviously haha wth.. she should communicate wif him properly face to face give him very clear answer n reason why u dont like him make it end by meeting him for one last time... but if he still stuborn after that then ask for help from other.. then when she woke up into new world even after know that this is not a dream i would prefer for her on searching how to get back not being adapted to early. i would like it if mc were struggling like crazy at first make it more logically n i wouldnt mind if it were slow pace but this is too fast
