I see a lot of people upset at Yuzu for so easily forgiving his brother and yes, his brother is a piece of shit and nobody should have sympathy for him it’s just not that simple. As somebody who has been SAed forgiving your abuser is not easy, especially if they are family or a loved one. The abuse Yuzu experiences is quite literally BUILT on exploiting the victims love for the abuser and just because Yuzu knows what his brother did is wrong doesn’t mean he’ll just stop loving him. Yuzu’s response is completely realistic for a victim of incestuous sexual abuse. Yuzu does deserve justice but he also deserves a little peace. ALSO PLEASE HAVE MEDIA LITERACY OMEGA VERSE IS NOT FUCKED UP BECAUSE PEOPLE JUST MADE IT THAT WAY, IT’S FUCKED UP BECAUSE IT PARALLELS ACTAUL SEXISM. It’s cause WE are fucked up

I hate when stories acknowledge a character as being a rapist (since a lot of the times they can gloss it over, which is also bad) but then they DON'T hand them mfs to the police??? That man is a criminal who does not deserve to have genitals nor be within a 10km radius of his brother. Take him the fuck away.
