There's an app called "I am sober" its amazing and i think you should give it a try along with joining reddit groups for recovery. In the app there's a timer that keeps track of how long you have been sober for before you hit the restart button and relapse and it gives a motivational message everytime you relapse, also there's a community section ......   reply
