Looking for a manga

I am looking to reread a manga and here is the plot. The girl and guy siblings that are not blood related and the guy falls in love with his sister but he has to leave the home. He comes back later to introduce his fiancé to his parents but still kinda gets back together with his sister.
It sounds weird but it was a good story.
