It's like the only decent one Ive read so far is TALES OF DEMONS AND GODS. The rest follow the same pattern of poor story telling, ML that think with their dicks, and even the art seem to all look the same and distinctive to me. This is trash.

Hiiiii! I love all of those! But they're all South Korean manwhas. Im talking aboutthose that have Chinese origin (not sure how they're so I said Chinese manwha). Haven't seen one that got my attention.
The fact that they always tend to go to a perverted male lead route is kindda annoying. They're all acting like Brock. There's I gain skills from reading, but eventhat comic is slowly going downhill

Chinese webtoon are called Manhuas
And I totally get you, so many of them have reeeally similar art styles, and the stories seem one-dimensional with no character or storu depth and development yet the have hundreds of chapters lol
Some are entertaining to an extent tho. One of the few I came to enjoy so far is "Hero? I Quit A Long Time Ago"
If you are still looking for some more stories.

Yep! They're (mostly) from Asura scans and I've been reading directly from their site.

I suppose these are Korean manwha and very different from that the original post talks about (Chinese manwha) (?)

I don't know what you're talking about! I prefer thid to the tales of demons and gods! The ml in this one is just playful it's not like there is really romance on the other hand I think TODAG wasn't done with much thoughts I mean he came back and started chasing after the girl he used to date in his past life which is really dumb! He was so blinded by his supposed love that he didn't realise that the girl he fell in love with is not the same one in the present! I would've preferred it if he had just given a second glance to the yellow head

haven't read tho..but at this point, I've developed a reflexive habit to steer away from anything that looks Chinese in origin cuz I know that I'll just be disappointed by either
1. bad translation
2. bad plot or
3. horrible MCs
sigh. I even dropped Tales of Demos and Gods cuz I couldnt stand the poor storyflow. oh well. I should try again perhaps.
Thanks for the recommendation

They started out great! They're one of the older manhuas, most of the manhuas today aren't really that good, as you said. Haven't picked them up since 3-4 years ago so.... I can't really say if they are still good or not. Anyway, the translations for them were okay, the plot was quite nice and the Mc isn't that bad at all! :))

I even watched the animated version of TODAG . It just has a special place in my heart cuz I remember binge reading all 100 chapters during my 12 hour lay over in Malaysia 4 years ago and reading the LN chapters now in manhua format gives me nostalgia.
Yeah, but I guess Korean Manhwas just raised my standards for plot twists and relatable/lovable characters.
Japanese Isekai/Tensei Genre ofc are the main thing, but I found myself getting that "OMG AN UPDATE!" feeling more to Korean ones recently
I always feel warm, relaxed, but with a bit of anticipation. I get drawn in in a different way. I just feel like I'm enveloped by a warm cloud of emotions
I wonder when she’s going to meet her family again. I always kinda feel that that “warm cloud of emotions” won’t last too long.
:( hope it lasts longer, but ofc without plot this thing wont grow ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
