I recommend cozy obsession. It’s similar in the the sense that the “Top” has very deep feelings for the other part but it gets complicated and the “bottom” has…well you should give it a read.

In the main story, Keigo is looking for another witch to make his dad their familiar since he’s missing an arm and weak enough to be in the verge of death.
Since the mana exchange is made through intercourse his father (despite not being related by blood) is completely against being Keigo’s familiar, so when he finds the other witch (the mc of the main story) he’s trying to force him to make the deal.
The first book is a cat witch who is being hunted by this couple in the future after they become yakuza. The cat witch makes his neighbor his familiar and together they try and survive.
This book is a prequel for the “villains” of the other book, showing how they met and presumably how they became yakuza.
