The story is about an uke who was isekai'd to another world where he was then forced to become a sex slave, and was put on a curse to prevent him from talking. I think humans in that wold were considered as the lowest class and the people with animal characteristics are superior. He was then saved by the 2 semes. The first one having the characteristic of a lion and the other is that of a bear. They then discovered later on that the uke has the ability to cure by using magic. The semes have disabilities and the uke cured them both.
