I feel like you shouldn’t take the comments too seriously. I also bought the printed versions of on or off and I still really enjoy this sequel series. I think if you don’t vibe with the whole “love triangle” arc that there are still plenty of cute moments in this series that’s reminiscent of its original series. I personally really enjoy watching the ml get jealous (which I assume was done out of fan service) but to each their own (^-^)

I have to admit, this was more the story I thought we were going to get way back in the beginning, before we realized both guys were complete assholes. I thought it was going to be a mated couple on the rocks who picked up a beta for a third in the relationship.

I think what's happening is he is taking someone's place on the trip, right? So the misunderstanding is the person who filled out the form is someone else, and he suggested this ML take the trip and find a love ( or something like that) so I think he knows this ML is a commitment type of guy.
But also, yea, a conversation would have been good last night when he jumped back after appearing all in.
